  • Owned organic social media strategy and content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (has grown Instagram audience by 327%, Facebook audience by 86%).

  • Designed and built all content and media for external audiences including social and search engine advertisements, flyers, presentations, digital and print documents, and more.

  • Managed web content via headless CMS Contentful.

  • Wrote and project managed all external patient-facing email communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Worked closely with PR agency to manage press releases and public opinion.

  • Developed and owned organic social media strategy from scratch for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This included creation of social posts and both tracking and analyzing analytics.

  • Owned paid partnership with PBS SoCal.

  • Implemented and executed a complete rebrand with a design agency that included all branded internal and external content and entire website redesign.

  • Conducted market research, competitive research, and social listening tactics.

  • Executed marketing strategies for 6 new center openings across the country.

Comprehensive autism care changes lives

Cortica needed a video that encapsulated the life-changing benefits of moving from fragmented care to comprehensive care. Having written a script and a screenplay for an idea, I worked with Explainly video production and animation company to create a colorful, emotional, and relatable video for caregivers of neurodiverse children like those we serve at Cortica.

Collateral Work

A full rebrand required a full overhaul of all internal and external marketing collateral. This was also an opportunity for our teams to come together and rework how we talk about our services and offerings to our different audiences.

I led this project and participated as a designer for many of our paper materials. I design all external facing company collateral.

Cortica Coffee Table Book

I wrote, designed, structured, and produced the first Cortica The Book (aka. coffee table book). This book was the first of it’s kind within the company. It outlines all of our services in detail, FAQs, features a gallery of center photos, and includes a glossary of Cortica terminology one might encounter during their time as a Cortica family.
